As if things aren't bad enough, I’ve been recently informed by Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) and General Services Administration (GSA) that a new FAKE website is circulating that looks just like the www.sam.gov and http://login.gov/ webpage but IT IS NOT! The FAKE webpage's address is https://sam-gov.org

PLEASE DO NOT ENTER YOUR INFORMATION INTO THIS SITE, IT IS A FAKE PORTAL!

The GSA is investigating the site and the situation as I write this.

As a reminder, if an email or website DOES NOT end in .gov or .mil or .edu; the site is NOT regulated; be sure to double check before you click!

If you are ever unsure, because these sites/emails can look very REAL, feel free to forward the email to a legitimate resource for further confirmation.
